    • Each key is $15.00 – only check or money order is accepted
  5. When are the Board Meetings
    • The Board Meetings are every third Wednesday of the month in the Community Center at 9 Chatham Court, Portland, CT 06480 or at the Community Center at Quarry Heights. Location announced in the agenda.
  6. What do I do if someone parks in my parking spot?
    • If it is during business hours call the leasing office. If after or before normal business hours call the emergency line at 860-519-3251.
  7. How can I pay my rent?
    • Only checks and money order are Please make sure that your apartment number is listed, along with your name.
  8. Where do I pay my rent?
    • Rent payments can be mailed to 9 Chatham Court, Portland, CT 06480 or placed in the dropbox outside of the leasing office or the dropbox in the community center at Quarry Heights
  9. Rent Payment Policy
    • Rent is due by the 10th of the month. A $ 30.00 late fee is assessed on the 11th of the month.
    • Other charges in addition to rent must be paid within 30 days in order to avoid other accrued charges.

  11. What is Reasonable Accommodation

  13. How do I apply for housing
    • You can print an application off the PHA website under the Apply for Housing tab or come to the leasing office and pick one up.
  14. How do I put in a work order
    • All routine work orders must be called into the office during normal business hours.
    • Emergency work orders must be reported/called into the maintenance department at 860-519-3251.
  15. Other charges in addition to rent
    • These must be paid within 30 days of the charge. If not paid within the 30 days other charges may apply.
  16. What do I do if I know I’m moving
    • Complete a 30 day Notice to Vacate. You can find this notice on our website under form/policies or visiting the office during normal business hours.
