2. Enter the Head of Household's last name in the Username box
3. Enter the last four (4) digits of the Head of Household's Social Security Number in the Password box
4. Your account will be shown including any past-due amounts.

Rent Payment Options

Rent is always due on the 1st of every month and no later than the 10th.

• Rent can be paid either by check or money order, no cash or credit cards are accepted.
• Checks and/or money orders must be mailed:Portland Housing Authority, 9 Chatham Court, Portland, CT 06480

• Please be sure to include the bottom portion of your rent statement along with your payment.
